MY STORY
I lived the first 30+ years of my life wondering and caring about what others thought of me. I refrained from doing or saying certain things because I was so insecure and concerned with what people would think. I didn’t want to be dumb, or annoying, or nerdy. I wanted people to like me.
One day, I had had enough of living my life surrounded by the outside voices in my head. I was tired of keeping to myself, and essentially hiding who I was. It was a process of stepping out, and I am still on that journey, but the layers that I have shed so far have been so liberating and I feel absolutely FREE!!!!
The sweet, tender love that I feel for myself allows me to forgive myself, talk nice to myself, and be myself. It opens the door to grow myself, and reach closer to my full potential.
My life has changed, and in gratitude for everything I have and all that I am, I want to pay it forward! I want to share everything with you and anyone else who desires!
ABOUT ME
I love people. I love getting to know new people, and hearing their stories (I’m genuinely interested and excited to get to know YOU!) I love to create. I love to dream. I LOVE going on walks. I LOVE inspiring music! I love to dance! I love to read. And I love to write!
I am weird. I am different. And I have my own style. I like to get dressed up for special occasions, but often times I don’t even wear makeup. One of my favorite dinners is the one that I don’t have to make. I love to do magic tricks, I love ciphers and scavenger hunts, basking in the sun, and pizza/movie nights.
I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I love God. I love connecting with Him, and having His daily influence in my life. I am His daughter, and I am equal to all of His other children.
I love life, and I love LIVING! I love LOVE and JOY!
MY FAMILY
My family is my world. I love them, and “together with them” is my favorite place to be!
Tyler and I met in a singles ward (yup, they work!). I knew after our first date that I could definitely marry him, but I didn’t tell him that until he proposed a year later. Married life with kids has been anything but easy, but I wouldn’t trade it for the world. All the hard times have made the good times that much sweeter!
We have recently become a homeschooling family, and have had a lot of joy in learning together, and being together. I have loved to see our family relations strengthen because of this.
We love to play together, and it doesn’t take much to entertain us. Five cans of whipped cream was the best twenty minutes ever, as we ran around and sprayed each other in our back yard!
